Some of the data on the order is not correct and needs to be changed before it is possible to create a label to the order.
There are several common errors
- The address must contain min. 2 words
Often this is when the house number is missing.
- Invalid zipcode
Check if the zipcode and city is not swapped and check if the format of the zipcode is correct.
- agent.agent_no: There is no such agent for carrier....
The id number for the parcelshop chosen by the customer is no longer valid from the carrier. You can either change the agent no/parcelshop id if your CMS allows it or create the labels manually with your carrier.
