This error is shown when it is not possible to make a fulfillment for one or more products on the order.
Before a label can be created and saved, there needs to be a fulfillment on the order. It is only possible to save tracking on a fulfillment, not the general order.
If no fulfillment is present, Smart Send will try to create one fulfillment for all products on the order.
A typical reason for this error to occur are::
- Not all products are in stock
- The products is located in different locations
- One or more products have been deleted from the shop
You can always try to create a manual fulfillment for the order and see if that succeeds. If it does you can create a label to the fulfillment by using the normal "Generate label" button.
