If you get the AuthenticationException when trying to save your settings in the Smart Send Shopify app, there are 2 possible reasons.
- The store URL on your Shopify Shop does not match the URL on your Smart Send user.
- The API Token is not correct.
Login to your Smart Send user and check that the URL is set as your Shopify Store URL.
In the picture above the correct url is smart-send-develop.myshopify.com.

Invalid API Token
If you have checked that your Store URL is correct on the Smart Send website setting the only thing left to check is your API Token.
On your Smart Send user in the tab Connect, you can create new API Token for your shop.
Select your shop from the dropdown menu and copy the api token from the pop-up, then insert it in on your webshop in the tab API Token
